  • Rhubarb-strawberry jam, 5 pints
  • Blueberries in syrup, 5 ½-pints
  • Italian prunes, whole in syrup, 7 quarts 8 pints (9/10)
  • Italian prune syrup/preserves (depends on the jar), 20 ½-pints (9/10)
  • Three Bean Salad, 7 pints (9/11)
  • Applesauce, 4 quarts & 3 pints (9/14)
  • Compost Heap Jelly, 14 ½-pints (9/15)
  • Tomatillo salsa, 8 ½-pints (9/16)

Freezer:

  • Chicken sausage lasagna, 6 portions – 1/9/11
  • Hamburger soup, 3 qts – 1/9/11
  • Dried prunes, 1 pint bag (9/10)
  • Meaty slow-cooked pasta sauce, 3 pint bags (9/12)
  • Shrimp and ham gumbo, 2 quarts (9/22)
