While waiting around this morning for Tom to call, I got a bee in my bonnet to finish a pair of socks that have been sitting around for over 2 years… needing only the toes to be kitchenered shut.
Sadly, I still am sucky at kitchener, but they are finished!
These are made from Noro Silk Garden sock, colorway 252. (And if you want to see some fun, check out the picture on their industrial yarns home page showing how they develop new color compositions!) I really like this yarn, it’s a single-ply that is very fuzzy, and it sort-of felts as you knit. These socks will be ultra-warm and cozy this winter.
